It seems that the word ‘Trouble’ for is nothing that Britney Spears can’t handle these days. As it was reported that on Saturday night, April 12, she was involved in a car accident.

Following the news on her accident, Britney Spears has been reported to have crashed her Mercedes-Benz into a 2006 Nissan while driving through the 101 Freeway in L.A. Allegedly, the incident led to a minor chain-reaction as the Nissan which been hit by the troubled pop star then crashed into another car in front of it.

One of the California Highway Patrol officer Patrick Kimball revealed the reason why Britney crashed her car, saying “She failed to notice that the vehicle in front of her had come to a complete stop. She attempted to break but failed to stop her vehicle prior to colliding with a 2006 Nissan.” Fortunately for Britney, nobody was injured because of the accident. Kimball revealed the fact to the press, saying “nobody was injured”

The Web site TMZ.com says, “She was driving the same way most women in L.A. do — putting on her makeup behind the wheel.”

After the accident, Britney went into an Italian restaurant Dominick’s to enjoy a dinner with her mother Lynne Spears and Jackie, Lynne’s friend. The pop star then went home to her Mullholland Drive house after it at 11 P.M.
